Simone Giordanetti is specialised in the negotiation of property and company trade contracts, legal assistance related to construction, management and lease of properties, property development operations. His activity covers various fields of Real Estate law, including offices and logistics, with a strong focus on the business sector. Simone has also gained considerable experience in all aspects of legal order related to the management of real estate portfolios, including the negotiation of property management contracts and lease/rent contracts, the settlement of legal issues regarding the management of properties and management of the landlord/tenant relationship.
Simone has assisted and assists Italian and international investment funds as well as real estate developers.
Simone is also a member of the Legal Advisory Committee of the National Council of Shopping Centres and, since 1 June 2017, collaborates as of Counsel with Milazzo & Partners Law Firm in Milan.
Simone Giordanetti is a graduate from the University of Milan (Law Degree, 2000) with a specialisation in European Community Law. Subsequently, in 2001, he obtained a Master of Business Law organized by the S.A.A. (School of Business Administration) and sponsored by the University of Turin. He has been a member of the Association of Lawyers of Milan since 2004.
Simone speaks fluent Italian and English.
Before creating his own professional firm, Simone Giordanetti was an Associate at Carnelutti Law Firm in Milan (2000-2003), and Senior Associate at Studio Portalupi & Partners in Milan (2003 – 2009).

Roberta Carrassa has undertaken her professional career for a few years, particularly working in the corporate and real estate sectors, with a strong focus on residential and business sectors. She mainly deals with two diligence activities, Real Estate management contracts, tender contracts and lease/rental contracts and resolution of legal issues regarding real estate management. She has also dealt with aspects of corporate governance.
Roberta Carrassa obtained her Law Degree from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, in 2014.
She speaks fluent Italian and English and knows a little French and German.
Before joining Giordanetti Studio Legale, Roberta collaborated with Milan's boutique law firms.
