SIMONE GIORDANETTI

PROFILE
Simone Giordanetti is specialised in the negotiation of asset and share deals, legal assistance related to construction, management and leasing of properties, property development transactions and financing. His activity covers various fields of Real Estate law, including offices and logistics, with a strong focus on the retail sector. Simone has also gained considerable experience in all aspects of legal issues related to the management of real estate portfolios, including the negotiation of property management agreement and lease - lease of business agreement, settlement of legal issues regarding the management of properties and management of the landlord/tenant relationship.
Simone has assisted and assists Italian and international investment funds, asset management companies as well as real estate developers.
Simone is also a member of the Legal Advisory Committee of the National Council of Shopping Centres and collaborates as Of Counsel with Milazzo & Partners Law Firm in Milan.

He has moreover a specific expertise in obligations and real estate contracts, advising clients on a broad range of contracts, both contentious and non-contentious.
